Negatives: It was exactly 1201am and I heard the bathroom leaking water less than 5 mins later after I called FRONT Desk....the tub filled 3 inches deeps of pink water...coming from the ceiling.i had to get dressed from sleeping and a tech came in who did not speak english., he took a pic and then I received a call from front desk stating I HAVE TO CHANGE MY ROOM that she upgraded me and the tech will bring a new card....had to take all my bags and things tp 5th floor ONLY to have a issue with the TV the remote did not worked. I had to wake up by then by 630am did not get a good night sleep. Had a Migraine the whole day.

Positives: The kitchen staff were helpful and the front desk clerk in the morning, she was very friendly.
Negatives: I stayed one night. My toilet clogged, the wifi didn't work, there was a dead roach in my room, the iron was broken. They brought another one and that was dirty. I paid for a city view and I got a view of the buildings across the street. The check in staff seemed to be bothered with simple requests.

Negatives: A terrible breakfast. Breakfast was served from 6 AM, but by 7:30 there was almost nothing. The problem was mainly with the drinks, which the staff did not refill at all.

Positives: The location was great and walking distance to a lot of the main attractions/ places we wanted to go and the subway/ Penn station. The room was a good size considering we went for the cheapest queen bed option and we had a nice city view even though we didn't pay for that as an extra, so we were lucky! There was a little noise from other rooms through the corridor but not much through the walls so it wasn't too bad. The toiletries were a good extra as it meant we didn't need to take any shampoo etc The breakfast was pretty basic but we didn't really book it because of that, we had a lot of food plans around the city so we didn't use it a lot! I would recommend this hotel for the location, rooms in general were good and the bed was comfortable.
Negatives: During housekeeping times there was an extra wait for the lifts, as they used them. We didn't have to wait too long most of the time, so it wasn't too bad but I can imagine that being worse during busy times of the year. It wasn't bad enough to put me off going back here, just plan wisely if you can!

Negatives: Bed site lapm was broken, light in the bathroom was broken. Room clean, but needs some repairs. We checked into the room to see that it was dirty. Hotel stuff moved us to a clean room, but it did create trouble for us due to evening reservations
