Positives: For the most part (one exception) the staff was pleasant and helpful. It was clean and in good repair. The breakfast was adequate, about what you would expect in an economy tourist hotel like this.
Negatives: They should tell you or have written information in the room that you have to unplug and plug in the TV, there are business and fitness centers, and other things. It was a good schlepp from the subway. No housekeeping-they should at least empty the trash.

Negatives: Because of COVID, they had breakfast boxes that you could get at the front desk in the morning. Not impressive, especially considering what their typical breakfast spread looked like in photos.
