Positives: Great location near Grand Central, luggage storage was helpful
Negatives: Because of COVID, they had breakfast boxes that you could get at the front desk in the morning. Not impressive, especially considering what their typical breakfast spread looked like in photos.

Positives: The location, for the price was unbeatable. The staff was great. The free breakfast was still available. Most hotels have done away with it during the pandemic. (It's not great, but better than nothing). Good shower.
Negatives: The room was clean but desperately needs a makeover. The white blanket had dark lint all over it, and the sheet had a couple of holes in it. The desk chair looked like someone chewed on it, and seemed likely to break if you leaned back.

Positives: We visit often because the staff is always polite and accommodating. Room is clean and quiet.
Negatives: Just that the TV cant cast and the eggs for breakfast were expired.

Positives: All the staff members where very friendly and down to earth. The hotel was very comfy with perfect temperature control.

Negatives: Breakfasts are crowded. Get there early or be prepared to take something to go.
