Negatives: Long wait for elevator . Request for lower floor at reservation and check in due to husband’s heart condition and past experience of long elevator wait times was not available . Husband not able to tolerate stairs on the 20th floor … changed to 11 th floor … still a struggle for husband . Hopefully request for lower floor will be accommodated for future trips to NYC ( December) .

Positives: The breakfast is excellent, a lot of variety, great! The room was ok, nothing fancy, I was actually expecting more for some reason, the pictures I think looked different than we I saw it in person, but overall ok. I only stayed for one night, the location was great, close to Times Square, food & more. I didn't know there was no parking, so vallet is $75/night.
Negatives: The facilities at the hotel were just ok, for the price I would've thought it would be better actually, it seems outdated and small
