Positives: The staff were warm and welcoming, will to help when asked. The breakfast that was served was very satisfying they had a good selections for all to enjoy. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable. The free Wi-Fi was very useful to research places in town to visit. The parking garage used by the hotel was within walking distance and easy to locate.
Negatives: The only thing I didn't like was that there is another Hampton Inn on the same street a few blocks away and every cab driver I directed to this hotel brought me to the other one. I was surprised they were not aware of the two different locations.

Positives: I liked that we were able to check our luggage in after checking out so we could explore the city for that day more.
Negatives: The view was not great but we were always out anyways, so it didn't make a huge difference.

Room was very clean and temperature was set perfectly. Did not have any problems checking in or checking out. Hotel staff was so accommodating and knowledgeable of the area.

Positives: Staff's positive attitude. Good price. Good location.
Negatives: Checked in at midnight on an extremely hot and humid evening, but A/C was dead in room. Night manager switched me to a second room, but then I found that the A/C was not working in that room either. Finally found me a third room with functional A/C. I down-rated the room for poor maintenance and poor monitoring of condition of rooms.

Excellent value for the money. Room (with king size bed) was quite small, but fine for one (1) person. Clean. Very nice and helpful staff. Great location. Had business center. Free breakfast (but it ended too early for a Sunday morning).
