Positives: It was walking distance to everything.Had a hot breakfast.Beds we're comfortable.Nice that it had 3 fluffy pillows and thick big towels.Also that the remote had a plastic bag to protect it against germs.
Negatives: The parking price $60 depends on size of vehicle.Did not know that.It don't say that online.Plus,the elevator took forever for us to get in.It was busy also small and cramped.

Positives: The description was precise. Steps away from Times Square/Central Park/Times Square. We were allowed to check in luggage, came back right at 3 and room was ready. Would definitely stay here again.
Negatives: All was great. Even when breakfast was running low, it would get restocked.

Positives: All Staff very pleasant. Printed tickets to shows for me. Helpful on transfers to airport. Nice staff cleaning rooms.
Negatives: So many people for free breakfast staff couldn’t keep up with cleaning after them. Not enough waffle makers caused long wait lines. It’s that good you wait.
