Positives: Good location
Negatives: No housekeeping apparently because of COVID. Stain on duvet. Rooms very small even by New York standards

Positives: great location and the few staff there try to make your stay enjoyable
Negatives: none of the facilities highlighted were available; bar restaurant mostly closed, no rooftop bar, no mini bar, no dressing gowns, no breakfast (they have a cafe open sometimes that you have to pay separately for despite booking B&B, no views (unless you class looking out the window at another building opposite). Hotel is tired and needs an update! clearly suffering after lock down. mix up over rooms not handled well either.

Positives: Great location!
Negatives: The room was very small and tired. There was no breakfast and the roof top was closed (doesn’t state this when booking) The staff were okay, not overly helpful, we were offered a complimentary early checkin but that was then taken away via email because the couldn’t say when it would be. Quite odd. The hotel needs a deep clean, and little love. The entrance makes you think your staying somewhere special, your not.

Positives: Excellent location; look & feel of the lobby area and rooms are pleasant
Negatives: During our 8 night stay we only had our room cleaned twice as per their covid-19 policy - both of these scheduled “cleaning days” were however missed (i.e. the room was not cleaned as promised on the allocated day). The hotel is also generally a bit run down, pictures are overly flattering. Service was generally okay. Note that the showers in most rooms are shower/baths combined.

Positives: the location of the hotel to visit uptown Manhattan is perfect. everything is close by
Negatives: because of covid ( i think this is more a way to reduce costs) they cleaned our room every third day of your stay. Or you clean it or not but stop blaming Covid. Towels should be refreshed daily. We seriously had to ask every day for clean towels! inform your cleaning staff which rooms are occupied for a certain period
