The room had some issues, we got switched to another room which wasn't so clean, sheet under the blanket was missing, I had to ask twice before they brought it, and then I had to make the bed myself, I expected house keeping to remake the bed but they just sent someone to bring me sheets and that was it. And the elevators take forever.

The location of the hotel was central to many of the places we were visiting. The front desk team and the door service team were great, helpful and always happy to answer questions.
The room service staff were okay.
Negatives:
The lifts were too slow in the hotel.
When we would request items for the room which is part of house keeping it would take several calls before receiving the item we requested. On two occasions following house keeping services we would return from our day out and find our hotel room door opened..
The front desk staff apologised, however this was not something you would expect from housekeeping.
