Negatives: Overall experience was terrible - Property is old & service level is horrendous. Not sure they are such always or they are having staffing issues because of pandemic. Front Desk staff is friendly, cooperative enough but it is hard to reach them on phone

Negatives: I did not like the room. The room was small w/oversized, mismatched furniture. The sheets were worn. The thermostat did not work & they were not able to fix it.
