Location good if you want to be in the center of time square.
Negatives:
We had a breakfast included. It was terrible. Buffet included scrambled egg, bacon and some potatoes. Offered a menu if you didn’t want buffet but were out of everything in the menu. So bad there were no pancakes or jelly.

I stayed at this hotel recently and would rate my experience a 6 out of 10. On the positive side, the hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The check-in process was smooth and efficient—the system they use is modern and works brilliantly.
However, I was disappointed by the attitude of the staff. They came across as somewhat rude and unhelpful. I asked if I could charge my phone in the lobby, but was told there were no available plugs. Instead of trying to assist, the receptionist directed me to go to the building across the street. That lack of basic guest support made the experience less welcoming.
Overall, while the facilities and cleanliness are excellent, the service definitely needs improvement to match the quality of the rest of the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room wasn't ready when we got there so they gave the adults a free drink and kids a free app at the bar while we waited. Our room was quiet. It was a great location.

The beds could be a little more comfortable.

Location was excellent! Walking distance from subway, Times Square, hop on hop off bus stop. Beds were comfortable and clean.
Negatives:
The rooms were too small for 3 people. We were on top of each other and the bathroom was tiny with peeling wallpaper. The conditioner was empty for 2 days before they finally refilled it after me telling the desk about it multiple times. The breakfast cost was $26 and absolutely not worth it. My “deal” included $10 a day at the snack shop then it was added to my check. If I wasn’t watching, I would have incurred the additional costs. Check the bills and pay attention to the line items. The hotel is far from impressive but the location was perfect.
