My sister and I had an unforgettable stay. The view from the room was fantastic !
The lobby staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attended to. A special thanks to Ms. Gulbyie, Ms. Maria, and Mr. Gustavo at the restaurant for their exceptional service.
The maintenance person was prompt and efficient, ensuring everything was in perfect order.
The location couldn’t be more ideal. This was my second time staying at this hotel, and without a doubt, it will be my go-to whenever I visit again.

The staff were very friendly and super helpful.
The rooms are on the smaller side, but it was great for just the two of us.
I saw a few historical comments about elevator issues; but, we did not experience any issues.
Getting into the elevators, at the ground level, is a little cramped.
If we visit NYC again, we will definitely consider staying here again.
