Positives: Good location, also nice room with some views of the city. Overall clean.
Negatives: The lobby and breakfast area were very small. It was crowded and sometime, you had to wait to find a place to sit and eat breakfast. Also, the breakfast options not particularly healthy.

Positives: Location was perfect. Short walk to MSG and close to food and anything else we needed.
Negatives: My first room the TV wouldn’t work, sink didn’t drain and the door didn’t lock. They fixed everything but the door locking. After getting back to the room late from MSG I saw the door still didn’t lock so I asked for another room- which they wanted me to wait for maintenance again and it was midnight. When I finally got into the new room the TV didn’t work. The rooms were beautiful but they weren’t functional.

Negatives: Window in room was not sealed, a cold draught came in. Marble window sill was freezing. Elevator (lift) seemed out of action a lot due to being locked off by delivery people
