The location is convenient if you need to be in midtown- it worked for me.
Negatives:
Ongoing construction in the lobby through out my stay. A very pleasant female checked me in but I found the other staff unhelpful. The floor carpet and elevator were not clean and the coffee machine in my room was not working.

Positives:
We were in 1207 and it was a great corner room with a window to the street! Nice to look out and see the street below! We could hear a lot of hallway noise but nothing crazy! Also, we had a computer issue and Andy was MORE THAN HELPFUL! If not for him, we wouldn't have been able to go to the concert which was the reason we came to the city! Andy was amazing!!!! He deserves all the things!! :)

I wish we had been informed of the lobby being completely renovated and not being able to get food or drinks in the hotel. It was loud during the day when coming and going and our luggage was stored in an area with lots of dust.
