Yes!!! There was a lounge on the first floor that was extremely noisy with loud music into late night hours causing me not to be able to sleep.
Great location. Room overall was quiet.
Mostly all of the staff (besides one at the front desk) were not masked at all. Masks weren't required in the lobby.

We had to wait two hours to check in. Check in time was 3:00 and room wasn't ready until 5:00. It was extremely chaotic. The two elevators were extremely slow. Room was extremely small. Bathroom sink was as tiny as the ones in airplane bathrooms.

No maid service, not even offers of towels at the door on a 3 day stay. Sheets, furniture &wall paper were worn. TVÃ‚'s were didnÃ‚'t work throughout our stay. There was Kurig in the room but no cups. We were told if we want cups to come to come to the

One of the staff was very good and actually provided us towels and other items that should have been included with no issue. Location is prime, obviously.
No towels in the room when we arrived, no coffee or other items in the room ever. Room was not made up once in the 5 night stay. Room was somewhat dirty, though not awful and this is nyc. Overall, would stay again at this or lower price but not any higher
There was no towels in the hotel. The lady at the front desk told me i will be getting it soon but noone came. In the morning the guy at the front desk was nice and got one for me.

There was not mini fridge and or microwave and no breakfast lole it stated on the website
The room was small. The carpet was worn-out. The lamp shead had stains on it. The curtain had a hole in it. The bathroom was so small that the sink was behind the door. I was very disappointed.

The view from the room was great. Room was very small.
We had to ask for towels for our room. Only one towel when we checked in. House keeping didnÃƒÂ¢Ã¢Â‚Â¬Ã¢Â„Â¢t come at all.
