Price could have been a little cheaper . Also there is a serious drug problem on the block. Dealers and people living a couple feet from the entrance of the building.

Amazing hotel and wonderful staff
Positives:
Beds were really comfortable, and staff, especially the breakfast staff, were very helpful and good. Pedro was lovely, and they worked so hard. All the staff worked hard and were friendly .
Rooms were big for new york.
Negatives:
Even though breakfast was busy, and at times you had to wait for a lift, they kept things moving well

Positives:
Great hotel for its location. The breakfast was good - not as many healthy options as I would like but was tasty. Ability to fill a box and take things away was appreciated. The staff were friendly. I used the fitness centre which was clean and well provisioned. Also the guest laundry was useful.
Negatives:
The room was very small - which was expected. Managed to have enough space for the essentials but nothing more. We had a few suitcases and head to move them about to get our clothes in and out as there wasn’t enough space for our clothes. We used to sofa as a sofa bed which necessarily reduced the space.

I will recommend the hotel...
Positives:
Room was clean and confortable. The hotel is well located if you are visiting as you are closed to many "places to see". The staff was very nice and helpful.
Negatives:
Breakfast was not very good and the room was very crowded each morning so you sometimes struggle to find a table.

Positives:
Very clean. The hot drinks were free 24/7 downstairs in the lobby.
Breakfast was plentiful although the area could get crowded and you’d have to wait for a table. Perhaps a booking system and/or time allowance would get people moving a bit quicker. I found people using a table just to check their phones once they’d finished their breakfast.
They also serve a free tea every Wednesday. The soup was delicious!
The staff were very accommodating and helpful.
They held onto our luggage on our final day which was a nice touch.
Negatives:
Need a bigger area to eat breakfast or a system to manage people’s time to get the waiting times down
