The rooms are not maintained. We have communicated with the hotel prior to arrival that the room can accommodate 2 adults + 2 kids. The sofa bed that was offered was in a bad condition. The mattress was filthy, it completely sunk into the floor and could even hold a child’s weight. The bathroom door was unhinged and was not able to close. We have requested the front desk to prepare the sofa bed and it was never made. We had to call continuously for staff to bring the appropriate beddings, soap coffee and the staff could never get it right.

Lovely hotel in a great position. Staff were lovely. We enjoyed the Happy hour between 5-7 which was included in our stay.
Room was larger than you expect in New York & had good amenities.
We were delighted to find we had been upgraded which was a lovely surprise.

This hotel is nowhere near a 4.5 star hotel. It was dirty and did not meet 4.5 star standards. It was closer to a 2.5 star hotel.

I stayed here over the weekend with my 3 sisters. The room was spacious and overly comfortable; to the point that I didn't want to leave. We paid extra for late check out. I cannot remember the woman's name, but she treated me and my sisters sooo well. Our flight landed very early and though the room wasn't ready by the time we got to the hotel; the front desk clerk allowed us to keep our luggage at the hotel while we grabbed a bite to eat. She texted us around 12PM to let us know that our room was ready. We had a welcome bottle of wine and fruit tray waiting for us as we entered the room. The lady at the front desk really made my trip and stay to NYC worth coming back. Thank you so much!

Excellent Staff, location and comfortable...

The welcome was amazing, the staff, the rooms everything was just perfect. Me and my dad stayes there for 1 week last december and I just cant say anything negative about the place, highly recommended if you go to NYC. Note for those who love whine, there is a bar inside the hotel at the main floor, with happy hour, perfect after a lonf day in the big apple!
