HATED the neighbourhood full of marijuana smell and trash. avoid the location, pay more but go somewhere neat. tiny room without even a space for a suitcase for so much money, I get it - its NY! but still! everything is tiny, the whole place looks like a labyrinth with gloomy corridors. the lifts are always full. not worth it! security guy wasn't friendly at all.

The location is great, the stuff super friendly and helpful. The wifi worked with no problems even on 17th floor even though the reviews are quite bad. We were a group of 4, the room was small but we didnt mind, we were out all the time. There is a coffee machine in the room, coffee, tee are supplied daily. There were 2 complimentary bottles of water in the room and we could fill ip up downstairs or on some of the other floors. They had a popcorn machine in the lobby during some day hours, also free to take. The bartender downstairs was also very nice. Over all I would definitely stay here again. We didnt have any breakfast, so I cannot say.
