We got breakfast vouchers for less people than for what we paid for. We had to go and ask for correct vouchers (for enough people.) We got a very small room for four - even for NY standards. We only got 2 towels when we arrived, probably due to mistake when we entered. (less people for this room originally.)

Positives:
Typical decent NYC hotel. The staff was very nice and the room although on the smaller side was comfortable and very clean. Location was great in terms of easy access to public transportation and everything else the city has to offer.
Negatives:
Very small room for 2 guests (that can be expected in NYC). The Hotel immediate surrounding not very nice. At the check-in they are securing and holding additional 28$ per day for any incidentals. This was annoying and in my view unnecessary. Lastly there is the infamous resort fee which now at least is added upfront to the Booking total cost.

Clean rooms with nice view to skyscapers. A/C worked well but a bit noisy. Windows were soundproof enough compared to other hotels I stayed in NYC before. Location is about 10 mins walk to Times Square.
Negatives:
Room was pretty small but ok for 1 person. Credits cannot be used for breakfast.
