Great location superb housekeeping lovely bar area. Easy access to underground and walking distance to bars restaurants. Give Fulton market a visit...great area for food and drink. Felt safe being an older solo traveller. Rooms have "all you need" Can check out too via TV.

No explanation of practicalities, location free water dispenser was learned by chance after a week of stay, wrong wifi connection instructions, etc. And could not earn HG reward as I booked the room via "booking.com", a total surprise because in Europe
I earned IHG rewards even booking was done through agencies

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was always helpful and the rooms very comfortable. The hotel offers a gym, rooftop bar, breakfast and many other services. The location is great to explore Lower Manhattan and Brooklyn.
