No explanation of practicalities, location free water dispenser was learned by chance after a week of stay, wrong wifi connection instructions, etc. And could not earn HG reward as I booked the room via "booking.com", a total surprise because in Europe

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was always helpful and the rooms very comfortable. The hotel offers a gym, rooftop bar, breakfast and many other services. The location is great to explore Lower Manhattan and Brooklyn.

The room was very clean. When I arrived I did not like the initial room that was given. When I went to the front desk and ask them to switch my room, the accommodated my needs immediately.
