Absolutely nothing at hyatt, it was so bad I checked out early and shifted to Westin

Definitely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The check in experience was terrible, and when I entered my room it was messy and had not been cleaned before my visit. When I went down to sort out the issue they were very hostile, and took mangers intervention to sort out. There was no water in the room!! Absolutely pathetic!! We felt unsafe at the hotel. Terrifying experience! Silver lining was manager, who was helpful.

It’s was pricey
Positives:
The location was awesome for tourists who move around the city by metro. Some of the staff was really helpful, such as the house-keeping. The market located in the lobby was quite convenient to grab snacks and drinks.
Negatives:
The bathroom was cleaned very thoroughly, however, there were still visible stains indicate that the facility has been around for awhile. It was surprising that the hotel does not provide supplies such as toothbrushes without request.
We were also a little bit disappointed that the front desk staff told us she would contact us when our new room was ready (original room had noise issue), but we didn’t get the call throughout the day and had to explain the situation to another staff member when we were back.
