Positives: It opens rooftop 7am - 10pm and you can see wonderful day and night view including Emphire state building. Breakfast is outstanding too.
Negatives: The only problem is Internet. My room is on 22nd floor with city view. I think the signal is so week that you can't use wifi properly. In case, take your phone to in front of door and hold high, then wifi works. No problem using wifi at robby.

Negatives: The hotel advertisement said that the rooms were cleaned daily, but the rooms were cleaned every three days. During the six nights of my stay, I double-checked the hotel reception to clean the room, and the room was cleaned only once.

Positives: The hotel is in a good location for tourists or travelers, close to all transportation including Penn Station. The hotel seemed relatively quiet and small onece you got out of the lobby.
Negatives: There was no printed tourist info in the rooms or lobby, spent lots of time online searching and recharging phone. Lots of time wasted. Bathroom smelled sour even though it looked clean . Front desk staff looked bored and uncomfortable except for one man

Positives: Convenient location, close to metro and attractions. Reasonable price.
Negatives: The faucet is a bit old. The ally feels a bit unsafe late at night. And can be noisy at night. Which is why the hotel provided ear plugs.

Positives: &#160;the front desk was the highlight of our stay. He was friendly and always welcoming as we came in and out.
Negatives: The breakfast was horrible and a joke. If I wanted cheap packaged muffins and instant oatmeal I could have packed that. This is NYC and youÂ're serving bad grocery store bagels. ItÂ's not hard to have basic things still be good. Rude staff.
