Positives:
The hotel has very central location, within walking distance to many attractions, very convenient. The guest room is clean, friendly and very helpful staff. Nice lounge area for breakfast, and 24hr open gym!
By the way, they also have shuttle van but to airport (with a fee) which could be arranged in advance and a more economical alternative to taxi or uber.
Negatives:
Room size is very compact, but it is understandable as it is located at central Manhattan.

First the manager Mrs. Elaine was so helpful and so friendly, also Mr. Justin helped me with my booking actually I like how the staff was very friendly even the hotel was full of guests but still staff are helpful and always smiling I would book there again if I travel to NY again sure!

This a great hotel and has a fab location with great views. It is really close to 23st metro and we walked to the rail station and Greenwich village and Empire State with ease and Times Square is not too far. We had an amazing view of Empire State. The rooms are what you would expect for big city central (Manhattan). Small but well organised and comfortable and very clean. Really friendly staff.
Negatives:
Quite simply the facilities for this hotel cannot match the capacity and numbers of guests. This was March and there is quite a wait for the lift. My longest wait (honestly) was 19 minutes and I could see lots of people streaming down the stairs from the floors above us with luggage. I was on the 18th floor! This was Friday morning. My partner got trapped in the lift doors and hurt it was so crowded. Staff were super helpful and no lasting damage. Thankfully. Breakfast gets very crowded and overrun after a certain period (say 08.00am). They warn you about this and advertise this but could they spread the breakfast timings out and provide more staff to refill and clear. There was not enough speed and energy on this given numbers. A minor pain of can I face breakfast after four nights given rush. Otherwise breakfast is ok. A glitch with City hot water well handled by Manager.
