so many other Spanish staying there felt I was back in Madrid. good staff polite & helpful mostly. very clean.

no room upgrade offered as promised. no view. sadly when I asked for delayed checkout I was curtly denied. so instead of checking out @12 I had to pack and leave at 9:30 to attend a couple of meetings and social lunch.
