Positives: we like the location.

Negatives: We have stayed here at least 10 times. We have always enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint is the food service. On Sunday morning there was no hot- sit down breakfast, just limited counter, very slow service. They used to have self serve coffee available in the lobby and newspapers as well. They also had a water urn during the day. It was very disappointing that these simple services were eliminated.

Positives: Great location, nice rooms. Super comfy beds! Very buzzy trendy hotel with a lot happening between its bars and restaurants.

Negatives: They don't offer coffee in the room (you have to go to the lobby to get it). One time we asked for silverware to the room and they said we had to come down and pick up plastic fork and knives. I thought that was a little odd given the price point of the hotel.

Positives: We stayed at the King-Suite, very large space relatively to NYC. Jodi the manager was very helpful and welcoming, helped us with every need we had. Nice hotel, beds were very comfortable. The hotel has some very fine restaurants (Skirt Steak, L'Amico). Great service by the lobby staff.

Negatives: The hotel is a bit worn. Extra blanket should be covered with sheets when asked for. More soaps and shampoo for the number of guests in the room. A complimentary water bottle would be nice especially at hot weather.
