great location in NYC
add protein (like hard boiled eggs) to breakfast
I was pleased with the...
the staff was excellent
great location. excellent service
location was great and the parking was convenient. Rooftop deck is great. should have slept there
the AC didn’t work and we had someone come up and it worked for 10 minutes. Had to unplug and reset every 30 minutes. 77 degrees room temperature. For $240 I expect ac.
staff was great but the...
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful
The staff got us into a room 3 hrs prior to check in time. Our flight was canceled and they were gracious in their welcome. Bathroom tile work was lovely in our room
We got one of the lower level rooms, a bit dark. Lack of good outlets and flow of air for air conditioning troublesome. Paperwork in room inaccurate, there was no "wine and cheese on the roof top deck from 5-6 on Friday."
clean and the beds were comfortable
wish the breakfast had more items. should keep the coffee and hot water out all the time
the facility was comfortable and...
walking distance and close to restaurants and shopping!!
walls rather thin in rooms. and the neighboring guests were arguing first night of my stay at 12:30 -1 am. i should have told the front desk but I just listened and was hopeful they would stop. they did about 2 hrs later.
shower head could use some cleaning, lime deposits made spray of water all over. plus no working fan in bathroom, could use one. also the room was hard to keep cool, thermostat worked fine, but it may have been me tbh.
staff great, informative, cleanliness of...
Very good option for central Manhattan. We love the Flat Iron district and the location of the hotel allows you to reach multiple spots in NYC on foot. Also, although close to the hectic Midtown, the neighbourhood is more quiet, but still offers a lot of restaurant and shopping opportunities. Staff were very kind and helpful, always with a smile greeting us in or out of the hotel. Rooms were clean and had all basic amenities.
Room sizes were smaller than expected, but this is the norm in Manhattan. Despite the advantage of the location, the room was not a great value for money, as we felt it was missing at least some more storage space.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They upgraded me to their quietest room when I mentioned sleep problems. Location is excellent. I walked to most places I wanted to go.
The price is high, but not by New York standards
Great staff, great location. Definitely...
The staff! I felt so welcome and appreciated. The staff worked to pay attention and get to know this guest.
The rooms were a bit worn and dated.
Great staff will ensure my...
A great place to stay in the right part of town for me. I would definitely recommend to other travelers.
It is a boutique hotel so if you like all the frills of a full service hotel, then this is probably not the right spot.
My stay could not have...
