The location was excellent.

There was a bed bug on my pillow on the final day before checking out. I advised the front desk who seemed unconcerned. I put in a review and was contacted by the hotel who said they were going to treat the room for bed bugs. They said they will follow up with me. If I end up with any in my home I will be very upset.

Liked the location. design of the hotel, services were good and quick, room size and layout were good and king bed was more than comfortable ( for the upgraded room only. The Queen/double was poor)

I didn't like that after booking a Queen room (with very flattering pics on site) I got the smallest room, double bed, with small shower, noisy AC, on first rooms floor (floor 3), no view, noise and scaffoldings literally on my window, and someone walking near it. I asked to be upgraded @ HiltonHonors rate and they agreed, so it get better, but originally I would have been very unhappy with the choice.

Hotel is more like a 2/3 Lobby can use new furniture, rooms are small and overpriced. The pictures of hotel are not current.

The location was amazing - a very short walk from Times Square and with lots of shops and activity nearby- and the staff very friendly and efficient. The hotel has a modern, fresh vibe.

The only thing I was not happy with is that the rooms were on the small side. There was no proper closet in my queen room.

Exterior is still enrobed with scaffolding and construction mesh (multiple years now). Fit and finish of room was in need of attention: mouldings cracked and gaps exposed, shower leaked along tile floor into toilet base, shower tiles (interior) loose and flex when stepping on, bathroom door warped with paint falling off along bottom.
