Positives:
The location is great and the staff were helpful
Negatives:
The room wasn’t clean, there was dirty socks on the floor, hair on the bed, an opened turkey left over in the fridge, the tv didn’t work at all, they sent an engineer on the second day, he was very kind and helpful, tried to do his best but unfortunately he wasn’t able to fix the tv problem.

Fantastic location for Times Square! The views of the busy streets below was a cool sight! The staff were very friendly and helpful on all the desks. The bed was comfortable, the shower/bath was clean and worked well! Overall a great stay! I didn’t use the facilities as Times Square has everything you need!!
