Great location, cafe and nice helpful staff. The concierge that greeted us when we arrived and the concierge who checked us out, were both friendly and professional. They addressed our concerns with the disappointing level of cleanliness of our room.
Negatives:
I found a living flea in the bed. I took a video of it before I killed it in a tissue and showed the concierge. The bathroom emitted a strong mildew smell every time after the shower was used.
