Positives:
There were no breakfast, but the location is superb and the rooms, although small, felt fresh and clean and updated. The staff were very nice and helpful. The ambience in the lobby area was nice. They were renovating some parts of the hotel but I’d definitely stay there again.

The hotel is a building site, with no restaurant or room service options. The room is tiny, and I mean really small! Empty shampoo bottles in the shower and a dirty g-string hanging on the door.

- construction goes 24 hours a day
-had to move rooms three times due to TV not working, toilet running and the construction noise. the Jack hammering is loud all the time. We ended up in a shoebox size room, because it was on the other side of the building after walking around New York City for the entire day and evening we came back and all I wanted was a shower, no hot water in the room. i called down for the ninth time that stay. I said I wanted something to be done about our bill this was outrageous. Someone came to fix the hot water for the shower it was then SO hot on the Hot setting we kept it on cold so we didn’t scald ourselves. The front desk woman Jazzy on checkout was spewing attitude. i have worked in hotels for 20 years and NEVER would I look and speak to someone as they do. NEVER. This hotel was cheap, and in Times Square. That’s about the only good thing. To top it of the morning of check out this lovely cockroach was roaming around our room I finally trapped him in our garbage can so we could pack up our room. Disgusting.
