Staff was polite and nice. Unfortunately it seemed like their hands were tied with a lot of things.
Negatives:
Rooms were not properly cleaned, beds were not comfortable, vending machines weren’t working and staff lied to me about it then fessed up that he made a call in the morning but no one cared enough to fix it. Only 2 slow elevators and congestion was real. If you have a choice to go somewhere else do it. I’ve stayed in my fair share of hotels and I will not come back to this one.
