Good news! Before Friday, Dec 13th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Friday, Dec 13th, 2024 at midnight and Sunday, Dec 15th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation between Dec 13 and Dec 15, you will still be charged for the full amount. After Sunday, Dec 15th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 15, you will still be charged for the full amount.
