I didn’t like the room assigned when we make the check in, we were discouraged because we never thought it was a room in such bad condition even though it was the category I chose, what you see in photos is totally different from what you see being there

really shows it’s age. water was leaking from the ceiling into the lobby. the room in which I stayed had evidence of an old ceiling water leak.

Friendly front desk staff. Helpful housekeepers. Great doormen. Clean restrooms. Comfortable beds. Fair price. Good location.
Negatives:
Dirty underwear from the previous guest was left on the shelf in the closet. Peeling paint on restroom ceiling and in rooms. The wall plugs are a bit old and phone chargers tend to fall out of the plug, but this is easily remedied with new plugs or plug adapters. --On a personal note, I didn't care for the modern art on the sign, in the lobby, or in the elevator. The style of the art seems out of place in the hotel.
