The hotel location is good. Next to the subway with excellent connections to all parts of NYC.
The staff is kind, polite, and customer oriented.
The king bed is very comfortable and the room is clean although a bit small.

We faced an awfully loud stret, day and night. We moved from the 4th floor to the 8th floor because of it. It wasn't much better. Constant car honking in the middle of the night. Soundproofing is bad. Definitely wasn't worth $365 a night. The hotel manager didn't change our room. He said he would take my feedback into account for their renovation. It's really an average facility.

Positives:
A very spacious room that we thoroughly enjoyed for the weekend. The bed was amazing, the staff great and the bathroom super. Everything is super clean. It’s close to Soho and we couldn’t hear anything from the noise of the streets. We would stay there again !

Disappointing and frustrating
Positives:
The staff is was friendly and helpful. The room was not very large for four of us but it was quite comfortable. Nevertheless, the sofa bed was a bit short for two men of our family. The location was excellent which was very close to metro station, minutes away from Chins Town and Soho.
