Great location near five star hotels, Central Park and Grand Central.
Negatives:
It's a bit rundown. I don't like that they are inflexible with check in and check out times. My flight got in at 6am, and my return flight left the next morning at the same time. So, I had to leave at 3am. I only had 12 hours in the hotel.

Room was disgusting. Very worn and depressing. Window facing onto 3 walls, dirty and unkempt throughout. Waited 4 hours for linen to be brought for sofa bed, had to call to chase
