Great location and friendly staff - very helpful. Even though our room was at the front of the 3rd floor, the noise wasn’t too much and it means it felt quite vibrant.
Negatives:
The bed was very uncomfortable - the mattress was way too soft. Also the bathroom needs better ventilation.

Positives:
The hotel is super cute. Love the decor. Our little suite had a separate room for sitting and eating the pizza we brought back from around the corner. AND we had two bathrooms and a HUGE terrace. The location is also very convenient. And you get it all for a really reasonable price. I would also add how much we love that they sell stuffed dog mascots that benefit animal rescue.
Negatives:
My ONLY criticism is that the bedroom in our little suite was snug. For two people traveling with big suitcases it was a bit tight. But this is, after all, NYC.
