Negatives: The temperature gets too warm and heater is hard to regulate since its centralized and AC does not seem to work all the time

Negatives: When we checked in, they tried to charge me the resort fee that I already paid through Booking.com. I had several strange charges show up on my card, and when I questioned them about them, they told me they were all temporary holds that would go away. Then, when I got home, I found they had charged my card for the entire stay again, even though I had already paid it in full to Booking.com.

Negatives: Hotel Was Filthy. Holes in bathroom door room looks nothing like the pictures online and the front desk confirmed they were old and photoshopped. Walls were dirty AC had so much filth in it. Vents were gross Room was so hot, on arrival it was set at 90 degrees. we cut the heat off, but the room and whole hotel remained hot - difficult to sleep Shower was very small: 2x3 feet. Tiles/drain were dirty . Patches of carpet missing from floor gross sticky carpet Broken wall outlets Chairs in lobby smelled like BO No pillows for our room. - took 9 request over a 2 day period to get pillows. Finally stood at front desk and refused to leave until we got pillows. they bought some out behind the counter immediately The whole hotel is dark, bad lighting to hide the filth. no microwave in kitchenette. I under this is an old hotel, but it does not have to be this dirty! wish I could post a bunch of pictures so others are not bamboozled.
