The phone and lights did not work. The ice machine on the floor was broken. The female staff at the desk were unhelpful . The gym was under construction and not able to be used and they didnt offer an alternative.

I was originally booked in a suite that had no heat working, water stains on the ceiling, old, broken up furniture, and a very smoky room level. It was horrible. I had to complain to the front desk and was upgraded to a ro , that was much better.

Pretty much the room was terrible and overpriced, just had a twin bed with my feet hanging over the edge. Cannot change the temperature of the room and they had it too hot. Took 25 minutes for the water to warm up. The room was not much bigger then closet
