Location is awesome. Close to everything. Restaurants, attractions, Central Park and so on. Rooms are pretty comfy.
Negatives:
A/C doesn't work properly so room was absolutely frozen (61°F). I called at least 3 times to the reception, but nobody helped me. I have to "fix" it with my baggage.

There was weird and creepy noises all night. Something wrong with the air circulation, as my suitcase and all my clothes smell of food when we do not have food in our room.

I couldn’t change the temperature in my room. When I asked the front desk, they either said there was a dial somewhere (there wasn’t) or I could ask an engineer to come to change the air conditioner settings. On top of that, the air conditioner was relatively quiet when running but made a lot of loud clanky noises when it would periodically stop. There are other things to list too — not enough space.

the location was wonderful. our room was clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
we had an unsettling event on our last night that we didn’t feel got enough concern from front desk staff. we came home after an evening show to a black plastic glove on the desk in our room. it wasn’t there before the show…why was anyone in our room while we were gone?
also a light was out. we reported it to front desk staff on day 2 of a 7 day stay..,it was never fixed.
