Staff at front desk extremely rude and unhelpful. Was over charged and she basically told me it was my own problem before the manager came and apologised for the incorrect charge on my account. Still haven’t been reimbursed.

Negatives:
The windows in the room were broken, making the room freezing (around 35F at night). The maintenance man was dismissive, rude, and interrupted me when I tried to explain what the issue was. Then he told me that it was MY fault the room was so cold. He kicked the heater and stormed out.
The bed had hair, stains, and other bodily fluids inside of it. My girlfriend woke up covered in red rashes, likely from bites from bugs within that bedding.
Because the windows were broken, we could hear every noise from outside. This kept us awake the majority of the night to really loud noises such as car horns, sirens, trucks, music, and so on.
Also, we became extremely unwell during our stay due to the cold, including vomiting, respitory issues, difficulty breathing, flue symptoms, nausea, and shortness of breath forcing us to sleep with several layers and coats on. On the last day, we found mold to be scattered all over the room, likely causing the symptoms mentioned above.
Overall, this was an extremely unpleasant stay, and i advise anyone to reconsider coming here. The sickness you’ll receive isn’t worth the $100 you’ll save
