Negatives:
Great Spot, however staff not very friendly, barely take notice of guests. When trying to talk to them at their front desk they are constantly on the computer and not engaging while you are speaking to them. I also had a $50 credit which I did not use and then when asked to use it against the charge of getting packages delivered it was denied? I cant understand the commercial substances behind this decision as I effectively cost the hotel nothing by not using the credit and holding a package does not cost anything either?
