Positives: The location was great, close to everything.
Negatives: The shower had black mold all over it. We killed a giant cockroach in the bathroom(as big as a credit card). The light fixtures had blown out bulbs, only one was fully functional. The restaurant and bar were closed,HUGE disappointment.

Positives: The staff was amazing! They had great suggestions on where to go and to make us feel comfortable in the big city. The location was awesome!! The suite was also very well maintained and beautiful. All in all, would stay here again if visiting NYC.

Positives: The room was amazing. Super clean and everything nice and up to date. Love the bathroom it was so nice great shower and really like the toilet seats that don't slam down. Awesome bed and pillows. Got two nights of great rest there!
Negatives: Nothing at all as the staff was friendly and the room was quiet and really nice.

Positives: The hotel location was superb. It was a couple of blocks from Times Square. It was also a couple blocks away from Radio City Music Hall.
Negatives: The view from my room was not good. It was right outside of another building. Also, all snacks in hotel room was very, very expensive.
The Muse was a very nice hotel. It was very clean, centrally located, and staff was nice.

Positives: Staff!!!!! Location and proximity to the theaters and restaurants. Room was wonderful-bright and cheerful and clean. Bathroom and shower were a nice size.

Fabulous (and accommodating) staff at the front desk (Danny and Daniel both were the greatest). Very pleasant lobby....loved the 5-6pm happy hour (free wine). We loved it and would definitely stay there again (especially at the great AAA rate).
