Negatives: Bookkeeping was terrible. It was a father/son trip for us and another father and son. I booked the reservation and said I’d pay for it and the other father and I would settle the finances after the trip. On departure morning, and I realize it was 6:39am, but there was no one at the front desk to print me final bills. I mean no one. But I figured I could call or email back later and get my itemized bills. It wasn’t that easy. After several requests, I received itemized statements. Some of which were our rooms. Some of which were not our rooms and on dates after we left the hotel. It was a mess. It was never resolved. I gave up.
