Positives: The location is perfect near Time Square. Unfortunately the staff didn´t meet our expectations, only the personal who cleaned our room was friendly. The breakfast at "Serafina" is the worst we´ve seen in years. Only two types of bread, jam and juice, nothing more. Do you want anything else it cost extra. Skip the breakfast and go out and eat on the restaurants instead. Our room was a "suite" but it was badly cleaned and the pictures on booking and hotels didn´t tell the truth. Tobe honest, choose another hotel in this pricerange, it´s not worth it, i´m sad to say...

Positives: Location is great. Staff super friendly and useful.
Negatives: Room next to gigantic HVAC machine. Constant noise. No soap, no conditioner. My room key didnt work in the elevator. Total charges above what was stated un Booking.

Positives: Second stay here. Hotel well located, easy to walk to all attractions . Good size room. Very comfortable large bed. A few plumbing issues on arrival but very promptly sorted.. Breakfast basic but adequate, healthier choice of bread/cereal would have been nice
Negatives: Recommend ear plugs if light sleeper.. Window glazing not very effective, street/traffic noise very audible. Although adequate breakfast, choice very limited, 2 cereal options, white bread/bagels & pastries Whole meal option would have been nice.

Positives: The location was great. The door man was very friendly and helpful. It has a modern feel.
Negatives: I had to pull both of my luggage to my room with no help and no luggage handlers insight. There was no one when I first arrive and didn’t know where the lobby was with no clear signs. When I asked for 1 hr extra for checkout i was not aloud and I know that check in at 4 and I only wanted to extend the check out from 12 to 1. I had placed please do not disturb in front of my door but they would start the vacuum in front of my door at 8:30 am. When housekeeping would be cleaning the adjacent rooms they would place a door stopper and slam the door against it every time they left the room regardless of the time. That usually wakes me up. The wall are very thine and I was able to hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms . The rooms were over used and that was evident in the wear and tear on the furniture. I will not be recommending this hotel to any of my colleagues going to the city for business trips .

Negatives: i didn’t like anything about the property, rooms were super small, some showers did not have doors. there was an awful smell in the entire hotel. staff were not helpful with our needs and had to request room service multiple times. i rate it an 2-3 for cleanliness.
