Elevators were dismal. Very slow. One broke during the stay which exacerbated the already present problem.

The staff we’re nice. The location is right next to Times Square so super close to the hustle and bustle if that’s what you’re after.
the breakfast was ok. nothing special - cereal and pastries.
Negatives:
The photos were really deceiving. for the price I really thought it’d be better. The rooms are smaller than what you would book online and not what I expected. no room for two people.
There are no amenities provided and no storage available in the rooms if you have luggage etc.
the bathroom was also poorly renovated with cheap materials and taps/vanity were discolored and peeling.
it’s like it needs another refurbishment I think.
