wonderful city awful hotel

Room on 43rd floor was a good size for 3 adults. Bathroom very nice. Great views.
Breakfast in The Foundry was good. Service in the restaurant also good.
Negatives:
Long waits for attention at reception. Only ever 2 attendants at one time for a lot of guests.
Noisy rooms - thin walls.
A/C in room not working well.
Central location if that is what you want, very busy and noisy area though.
