The room view was nice and the place was clean. The kitchen was convenient. The location is excellent.
Negatives:
The elevators miss behave and it is quite important when you have 42 floors, it was a bit scary. They will insist that were overloaded even if it was mostly empty, or start going up. The breakfast was bad, lots of people, I had to queue even on Sunday at 7 to access to the elevator and staff is refilling a place clearly too small for the amount of guests. Some people would slam the bedroom doors.

Disappointing and expensive
Positives:
Absolute prime location in NYC and also on a street with many flower shops which was nice to walk past each morning. Walking distance to many attractions in the city. Room was well equipped and clean.
Negatives:
The breakfast was slightly chaotic in the mornings but it was a long weekend so understandable. The lift takes a long time in the mornings while everyone is making their way to breakfast. I took the stairs often which wouldn't be ideal if you were on the higher floors.
