We loved the location as it’s an easy walk to Central Park, eateries, and the subway while being fairly quiet and safe. Our room was compact but clean and perfect for us. Big shout out to the staff here, especially Jasmine! So helpful, so friendly, and just all round excellent service - they also make good coffee! The lobby area is perfect for sitting in and having coffee, working remotely, and they have a good range of snacks.

Great little hotel on the upper east side. Rooms are well appointed and very clean. I loved the nespresso machine. The staff are very friendly and willing to help. Although there is no dining in site there are many options within 2 blocks.

Negatives:
We were 3 people staying in a room that was supposed to fit 4 people and we were completely squeezed. The room should def have one queen and one single bed instead of 2 queens ( and should def not be for 4 people). Also the toilet had no ventilation which made the entire room smell. There was not even enough room to hang all used towels.
