Positives: We had an amazing 3-night stay at voco this past weekend. The aesthetic and design of the hotel was impressive, as well as the staff who offered amazing and welcoming customer service. We'd like to appreciate our host Larry who was more than helpful/knowledgeable from the moment we arrived. Give him a raise! We'll be back!

Negatives: Safe didn't work, the fan is LOUD but nothing really bad about the hotel itself

Positives: great location, nice bar/lobby area

Negatives: The room was really tiny. We booked a triple room for 3 adults, and there was literally just enough room for the 2 queens. There was no wardrobes or drawers, nor even a suitcase stand, so we had to live out of our cases whilst no place to leave them. Also was shocked to arrive at 2:30pm to be told that check-in is at 4pm and although my room is ready, we can only get it if we pay a $75 early check-in fee. After making my dissatisfaction clear, the receptionist opened an IHG membership for me which allowed a free early check-in and late check-out.
