The amenities were lacking, I am used to having a coffee or tea maker in the room since I am early riser and had to wait until Starbucks opened at 5am to get coffee. When I stayed at the Hilton, I had a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator in my room. I did not eat breakfast there. I did not use the $30.00 credit, but was charged for it anyway.

Terrible experience : no sound isolation in the room and the hotel in directly on Time Square. No restaurant for the breakfast, only vouchers for a Mexican unhealthy restaurant on the ground floor, no coffee machine in the room. This is NOT a W hotel standard at all !!

The cleaning staff and concierge were very helpful.

Management staff were poor.
My son was stuck in a lift on the 57th floor for two hours. While I was pacing up and down worrying, I was told by reception staff that they had no access to facilities to get me a cup of tea. I should go outside to the restaurant.
While this incident was happening and we were waiting on the lift company to send an engineer to the hotel. I did not see one person from management. No one checked to see how I or my son was. Maybe this is a regular thing for the hotel. It left a very bad taste in my mouth. Would not return.
